What I love about Kate is that she’s accepting of everyone’s journey – she’s warm, fun and inclusive. I loved interviewing her!
In our interview she shares her unusual story of how she got into raw food as well as her thoughts on bringing up raw kids, raw food and business, and the spiritual nature of the raw food journey.
Kate Magic is one of the UKs longest standing and most well known raw foodies. She’s been eating raw, writing a number of brilliant books and educating people about raw food around the world for over 20 years and her energy and calm are testament to the power of the raw foods lifestyle. Watch the video now and get inspired!

As always, I love hearing from you :). What inspiration are you taking away from what Kate talks about in the interview?
What questions would you love me to ask my future interviewees? Next month it’s the beautiful American raw TV chef and organiser of the Des Moines Raw Food Week, Sheree Clark 🙂

Great interview! I’ve been seeing going raw as so complicated and now I feel inspired. Thanks!
Saskia
I’m so glad Victoria. Adding raw food to your diet is really easy when you know how 🙂 The trick is easy and delicious recipes, and start by adding daily green smoothies like mango, spinach and water. You won’t believe how different you feel just by doing this! x

Hi Saskia,I’ve just watched your interview with Kate which was really inspirational.
A couple of years ago I heard Kate speak at a small event in Glasgow & afterwards we had the opportunity to meet with her and buy some goodies – she was lovely.
Thank you for sharing this video. All the best. Cathy X
