Acceptance into a Raw Freedom Event or Programme

Thank you for purchasing, or thinking about purchasing, one of our programmes, products or events! On this page you will find details of our Exchange and Refund policy. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions 🙂


Once we have received your payment for an event or programme you will receive a welcome email and terms and conditions for that programme or event. This email will be sent to you within 7 days of receipt of your payment and will include our cancellation and refund policy. It is your duty to read and understand this policy. If you have any problem understanding the policy please contact us via email and we will be happy to help.

In all instances, if you have not contacted us within 8 days you will be deemed to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions. If we have not heard from you by the 8th day after the date that we sent the terms and conditions to you, a contract will be deemed to exist between us based on United Kingdom law and the terms and conditions provided to you.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected by these terms and conditions. They are intended solely to provide clarity and more detail regarding the contract that exists between us, Raw Freedom, and our clients.

Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

1. In the event that you need to cancel your Raw Freedom product, programme or event you must inform us, in writing, of your intention to cancel. You must contact us via email or letter to inform us whether you would like a refund or to exchange your product, programme or event for another Raw Freedom product, programme or event. If you declare your intention by phone you may also be asked to confirm in writing. This decision will be at our discretion and you will be informed of our request for written confirmation during your call.

2. Once we have received your request to cancel or withdraw from an event or programme, we will acknowledge receipt and the date of receipt via email within 7 days.

3. The amount of refund due will depend on the number of day’s notice that you provide. Each product and event has a different scale of refunds; these are posted on the website and will be sent to you via email within 7 days of confirmation of acceptance on the programme or event. It is your duty to read and understand this policy.

4. Please keep copies of all emails and letters that you send to us regarding cancellation. Occasionally emails and letters do go astray and we will need copies should any discrepancy arise. Always allow your email account to save a copy of sent email, this will include a date and time stamp which will be used in any dispute to assess the date and time at which your request was sent.

5. If, after 7 days, you have received no reply to an email or letter, regarding cancellation, it will be your duty to contact us again, to request that the matter be looked into. Failure to contact us, in this eventuality, will cause us to set your cancellation notification date to whenever you next contact us regarding this matter. You MUST contact us again after 7 days if you have had no response to notification of cancellation.

6. There may be an administration charge associated with cancellation, regardless of the notice given. This amount will cover administration costs. The least this amount will be is, without prejudice, 10% of the total cost of the product. Where the chosen method of payment is by instalments, the charge will be 10% of the total amount you would have paid if you had completed the payment plan.

7. Please note any and all refund amounts will be confirmed in writing, via email within 7 days of confirmation of your notice to cancel a programme or event. The refund will be paid to you within 30 days of the email confirmation of amount due. We will process the payment as soon as possible and it may arrive with you sooner than this.

8. Method of payment of refund. If you paid for a Raw Freedom programme or event via PayPal then your repayment will be via PayPal. If you paid via cheque, cash or bank transfer then you will receive your refund by either cheque or bank transfer, by arrangement between ourselves and you. In either case the date of sending will be within 30 days of the date of the confirmation email. We cannot accept any liability for the date of receipt with either of these methods of payment.

9. Before deciding to commit to any Raw Freedom product, event or programme, please make sure you agree with these terms and conditions.

Book Refunds

Please make sure that you are happy with buying one of our books before you make your purchase. We do accept requests for book refunds for books that are returned to us within 21 days of purchase, in a condition that is as good as new. Refunds will be given minus the original P&P, and the buyer is responsible for the return P&P.

When you receive your book, if packaging is damaged on arrival please take a photograph as evidence and contact us.
