
These Thai Noodles are a favourite of my sister’s after she did one of my programmes – she’s not raw, but she regularly makes it for dinner parties because of the amazing response she gets from her dinner guests.
If you’re a fan of Asian flavours, you’ll love this recipe. Get in the ingredients and add this totally yummy dish to your repertoire! If you want to mix it up a bit, it’s great with added cooked rice noodles, as well as cooked tofu, chicken or prawns too 🙂
I did a great online webinar workshop on Wednesday – 6 Weeks to More Energy and Loving the Skin You’re In. There were almost a 150 people booked on!
