So, having spent 8 months living in the beautiful Devon countryside I now feel ready to head back to my lovely home in Bristol.
Since I’ve been in Devon, I’ve been topping up with country air, and having regular creative kinesiology and craniosacral sessions. Now I feel properly decompressed and back to my over-excited, sparkly self 🙂 .
I’m excited about returning to the bright lights of city life in Bristol, and can’t wait for what has become our ‘traditional’ Christmas – me and Mark, a deux, on the most romantic day of the year for us. At home, no stress, total relaxation and indulgence 🙂 And then it’s off to see the family for a few day, which will be lovely.
Today’s vid is a recipe that I make pretty much every week through the winter. It warms up any raw dish, and is so much healthier than the bought stuff. Oh, and it only takes 5 minutes to make and keeps for a month in the fridge!
P.s. If you’re the kind of person that likes to detox after the festive indulgence, for extra motivation, inspiration and accountability join us on January 12th for 6 weeks of raw food deliciousness on the New Year Vitality Detox.
Over to you …
