This Week’s Recipe Video: Hot Chocolate Chai

Hot Chocolate Chai

I’m getting excited about our annual Celebrating in the Raw workshop next weekend.  It’s such a fun day, and I love that we get to sit down with other raw food fans and enjoy a raw Christmas meal together.  Not often you get the chance to do that in life!

This week’s recipe is another recipe test for my book coming out next autumn (I know it’s miles away, but your patience will be well rewarded 🙂 )

This Hot Chocolate Chai recipe keeps me joyfully content and cosy all through the winter.  It’s perfect for when you want to treat yourself to something special (in my case, that’s quite a few times a week at this time of year 😉 ).   Enjoy!

Over to you …

If you feel inspired by today’s post and video, please leave a reply at the bottom of the page  :).  I love to hear from you!  x

Thanks so much for this recipe Saskia, another winner, the most delicious hot chocolate that I’ve tasted! I used almond milk because I’d just made today’s batch but I’m going to soak hazelnuts tonight. I ommitted the cardamon since I don’t like this but the drink is fantastic. I’ve been having hot malties daily – at least once a day in this cold weather so this provides an alternative. I’m looking forward to your next book.
    Best wishes. Cathy x

Thanks for your great tips Cathy 🙂 It’s great to be able to adapt a recipe to your tastes and what’s in your cupboards. xx

Very yummy indeed! The recipe omits the cinnamon, though it’s mentioned on the video. I’ll definitely be making this again.
