This Week’s Video:  Goji Ginger Chocolate Truffles

Goji Ginger Chocolate Truffles

Today’s recipe video is a winner!  It’s one for my third recipe book, coming out later this year (my 2nd recipe book is hopefully coming out this summer – the most scrumptious and simple raw ice creams, sorbets and sundaes 🙂 ).

I haven’t been able to stop making these Goji Ginger Chocolate Truffles since I created them. and I hope you love them as much as I do!

Here at Raw Freedom we’re going through a transition.  Because Mark and I are going travelling later this year, we need to make our work more portable.  Whilst we’re on the road our internet and phone connections won’t be reliable enough for me to do my one to one coaching work.  I’m going to miss it, because I really love that level of quality connection with my clients.

So, what this means for you is that this Spring will be the last chance you’ll have to work with me one to one for a good while.  If you’ve been checking out my amazing Love Life Raw programme or my powerfully transformative life coaching then now is the time to have a chat with me.  It takes courage to embark on this kind of personal transformation journey, and having a good relationship with your coach makes all the difference.  That’s why I offer complimentary consultations, to see if we’re a good fit 🙂

Mark and I will keep inspiring and motivating you whilst we’re away, so have no fear!  We will still be in touch, and be running our group detoxes a few times a year.

Over to you …

If you feel inspired by today’s post and video, please leave a reply at the bottom of the page  :).  I love to hear from you!

Looks really good. I will be trying these as I just got goji berries. Where can I get cacao butter and powder??

Thanks for a really lovely video. I usually grind some almonds, walnuts, Brazil nuts, pumpkin seeds, hazel nuts along with sunflower seeds with pitted dates. Mix them together and make them into little balls. They make a great snack too.
