So I’m back from a lovely relaxing few weeks away, and ready for the Autumn excitement! Last weekend we had a fantastic Introduction to Raw Food Taster Class – we laughed so much and had a great time chatting about raw food and tasting scrummy raw recipes.
I’m doing workshops and talks galore over the next few months, including taking my first ever stand at a big show, the Om Yoga Show, in October. I’m feeling excited and nervous, as I always do when I try something new for the first time. If you’re coming to the show, come and say “hi!” and taste the goodies we’ll be handing out – I’d love to see you 🙂
I’m now settling into my new weekday home in Devon. As I’m writing this I’m looking out the window at 30 different shades of green, watching the wind in the trees and listening to the birds sing. My soul is peaceful and at home.
This week’s recipe is a staple in my diet. It’s a super fast, super easy dairy-free alternative to cheese. I love it as a spread and on pasta. I also add a couple of tablespoons of extra water for a cheesy sauce on salads and lightly steamed veg. It’s a winner every time!
