Wow, what a week! I’ve been thinking about how I can keep in touch with you and all my tribe whilst we’re away on our big adventure and I’ve decided social media is the way to go. I’m on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and I’ve got my Youtube channel, but I don’t spend as much time on them as I’d like. I love it when I do, because it’s part of how I live my ‘love and connection’ value with my gorgeous tribe (and, yes, that means you too 🙂 ).
To that end I’m about to invest in my first tablet, which I’m very excited about. It’s much more fun tweeting and posting from my sofa or a cafe than sitting at my computer. Here’s to spending more time playing and having fun on my new tablet, connecting with you daily through pictures and more of my random and (hopefully) inspiring thoughts!
This weekend me and my 4 siblings and their families are getting together in Bristol. It’s gonna be fab! I’m not sure how much raw food there will be, but I’ll just have to get my juices and raw breakfasts in where I can. It’s also a nice excuse to do a vegan Sunday roast, which only happens a couple of times a year in our house. I’ll be doing a raw veg medley to go along with the nut roast and gravy, and there will be Bee Pollen Balls too – check out today’s video for how to make these 🙂
Over to you …
