You know when you get that sweet craving, and you want it BAD? But you don’t want to eat bad food (well, you do but you know you shouldn’t 🙂 ) – well this beauty of a recipe is the perfect answer. It hits the sweet spot without triggering a binge reaction or sapping your energy and takes less than 20 minutes to make.
I slice this torte into slices and keep it in the freezer. You can take it out and eat it frozen, all chewy and cold, or you can defrost it for 30 minutes or so for a soft and sumptuous afternoon treat.
Use organic peppermint oil if you can, and wow your friends with the wondrousness of raw food 🙂
