Day one of my juice feast went as well as it could, I think. I felt pretty tired and a bit low by the end of the day – definitely detoxy! I didn’t miss food, which was good 🙂
I’m making 2 bases of celery and lemon and cucumber and lime, keeping them in the fridge and then topping them up with more freshly made juice throughout the day. It was hard to consume enough calories just in juice, but I made it by 10pm!
This day I juiced 4 heads of celery, 2 cucumbers, 4 pears, 4 oranges, 1 sweet potato, 1 lime, 1 lemon, 1 head of broccoli, 1.5 red peppers, 2 fennel, 2 handfuls of alfalfa sprouts, 3 carrots, 1 pack basil, 100g spinach, 2 spring onions, 1 clove garlic, 2 lemon grass stalks.
